How To Report An Issue To Us
STEP 1: FIRST REPORT AND NECESSARY INFORMATION
If you notice any problems of your vehicle, please contact us directly at autocy.
We will need all of the following from you:
We will arrange of your vehicle repair.
Photos of received vehicle(s), showing damage or missing items (where it was supposed to be) and videos are mandatory for mechanical issues. We need to be able to confirm all the symptoms and problems of your vehicle.
* PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY PARTS OUT OF THE VEHICLE BEFORE REPORTING TO US
STEP 2: AUTOCY WARRANTY ASSESSMENT
Once we have received all of the above, the issues of your vehicle will be escalated for internal assessment. We will inform you of the assessment result.
Please note that additional information may be required depending on the nature of the problem.
STEP 3: COMMENCEMENT OF REPAIR
If your repair is approved, we will ask you to proceed with repair and send us all the necessary materials so that we can confirm the repair completion.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT AUTOCY CANNOT REIMBURSE PRIOR TO REPAIR.
STEP 4: CONFIRMATION OF REPAIR COMPLETION AND PAYMENT GUIDANCE
We will check the content of the repair done to the vehicle.
If we can confirm that the approved repairs have been completed, we will guide you through the procedure of how to receive your vehicle.
